TERMS & POLICIES
| 1) All orders are referred and forwarded to the nearest stocking distributor/dealer that is willing to sell the item at the posted price. Due to the difference in freight charges from different areas of the country and varied payment terms, we are unable to provide a shopping cart system. |
| 2) All sales are finalized between the
customer and the "shipping" distributor/dealer. MHRV does not
provide any additional service/warranty. Care is taken to insure that all orders are forwarded to reputable companies. Any problems with pricing, shipping, damages or other complaints must be resolved between the customer and the shipping distributor/dealer. MHRV would appreciate being informed of any problems incurred that we might be able to negotiate proper settlement and/or remove the distributor/dealer listings from our web site if deemed necessary. |
| 3) Unless otherwise described, all items offered for sale by MHRV are new and unused in original condition with factory warranty. Unless otherwise stated, all warranty claims must be sent to the manufacturer of the product. If possible, MHRV will assist the customer with the proper method of claiming warranty replacement. |
| 4) All prices posted by MHRV are subject to change (especially heating/air conditioning parts). If an item is ordered from MHRV, the customer will ALWAYS be advised of any price changes prior to completion of the order. MHRV is not responsible for any prices posted by other companies. |
| 5) All claims for freight damage are to be coordinated with the shipping distributor/dealer. |
| 6) Other than those items sold by MHRV, all refunds/returns must be coordinated with the shipping distributor/dealer. |
